Life changes: Every once in a while we all get stuck. Feeling sad, anxious or frustrated are common feelings during life changes. Also relationship struggles can create negative feelings. Often my clients are grieving, feeling lost or stuck especially if the life change is undesired (e.g. divorce). I have years of practice helping people process life changes. The hope is that you will: 1-understand what has happened emotionally as well as intellectually (making sense of events is part of healing); 2- find solutions that improve your life; 3- feel more at peace even in the middle of a storm. During sessions we may laugh, we may grief and we may find new meaning from your experiences.
